To experience this unique and ancient landscape we are proud to introduce our 'Taste the Outback' menu . Sourced from Indigenous suppliers, bush foods including Wattle-seed and Salt Bush Dukkah are integrated into our delicious fire cooked dampers, crumbed prawn skewers and delicious Dukkah meatballs. Lemon Mertlyl feta and Bush Tomato Chutney is also a favourite amongst guests. For those looking for a bush food infused beverage, try our Quandong ( Desert Peach) infused lager. This delicious fruit grows in abundance at Earth Sanctuary and our family are proud to introduce our 'Red Centre Devil' beer.
